Vision Intelligence is excited to announce that Sydney-based private equity firm Attalis Capital has acquired a majority stake in Vision Intelligence, marking the beginning of a new chapter for our customers and team.

Partnering with Attalis will bring fresh capital and expertise into the business, enabling us to accelerate innovation, scale rapidly, and deliver solutions ‘as-a-service' supported by AI, all while continuing to provide outstanding service to our customers.

Our focus continues to be the market leader in developing, manufacturing and delivering advanced smart site technology that delivers impactful outcomes for our customers. With the support of the Attalis team, Vision Intelligence will expand its service capabilities and continue enhancing its offering to deliver reliable solutions that protect and inform.
